Install the software and open it, now You can see the screen like below screenshot, Now just choose the file which you want to and also chose the folder where you will store the compressed file then click next.

Now, Choose the Archive format select the maximum compression level. And click on add file or add directory then select your file and click on next your file is being compressed. 

Note: This is working on high RAM . If you are going to compress the large file then it will take lots of time to compress.
